All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days.
After handling, Item(s) should be received within 7-12 business days for orders inside the US and 7-18 business days for orders outside the US. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2-3 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.
If your tracking number information states your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must ADDRESS THIS WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. Super Smart Kitchen does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND for packages that state being delivered.
As soon as our parcel sent out, we will send email to customer with tracking number.
